MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Get to know Desmond, his background and his approach to individualized massage care.
REAL BODYWORK.
PERSONALIZED CARE.
Meet Desmond, a licensed massage therapist and owner of Odessey Massage, serving clients in Kansas City, Missouri, and Mission, Kansas. Following his massage therapy education at Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2019–2020, he has built his professional experience through dedicated study, continued practice, and hands-on work with a wide range of clients.
His customized approach brings together deep tissue, sports, medical and Swedish massage with neuromuscular techniques, trigger point work, and active-release-inspired methods when appropriate. No two sessions are identical: each is shaped by the client’s concerns, activity level, comfort, and goals.
Rather than focusing only on where discomfort is felt, Desmond looks at related muscle tension and movement patterns that may contribute to the problem. His aim is to deliver thoughtful, targeted bodywork that supports recovery, mobility, and everyday comfort.
REAL WORK.
REAL RECOVERY.
